Dr. Richard Clugston
Profile
Dr. Rick Clugston, a global expert on sustainability, works with The Center for Earth Ethics founded by Karenna Gore at Union Theological Seminary in New York City. He is also a founder of Forum 21 Institute, a forum for United Nations NGO’s, and an officer in University Leaders for Sustainable Development. He also served as Project Coordinator for the Earth Charter Scholarship Project at the Center for Environmental and Sustainability Education (CESE). Most recently he is co-editor of the new book: Ethics, Spiritual Values and the New UN Development Agenda (R. Clugston and M. Vilela Eds.; New World Frontiers 2017).
A long term practitioner of spiritual paths East, West and indigenous, Rick also works with Presence.tv, The Interspiritual Network and From Self Care to Earth Care. He travels widely bringing his wealth of experience in world religions, environment, and sustainability to venues worldwide.
